1. About VoidCall

VoidCall ("the Service", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a random video chat platform operated by Neehar Yadav, an individual developer based in India. VoidCall is available as:

• A web application at voidcall-web.vercel.app
• An Android application on Google Play Store (package: com.randomvideochat)

VoidCall enables users to connect with random strangers worldwide via live, peer-to-peer video and audio calls, and text chat.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use VoidCall. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of VoidCall does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using VoidCall. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users we reasonably believe to be minors.

3. User Accounts & Registration

VoidCall offers the following login options:

• Google Sign-In: Your name and email are retrieved from your Google account via Firebase Authentication.
• Phone OTP: Your phone number is used for verification via Firebase Authentication.
• Guest Mode: You may use the Service without creating an account by providing a display name and age.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately at neeharyadav2004@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use VoidCall only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:

• Treat all other users with respect and dignity.
• Use the Report button to flag users who violate these Terms.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Not misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on VoidCall:

• Nudity, sexual content, or sexual acts on camera — regardless of claimed consent.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, or intimidation of any user.
• Hate speech targeting race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
• Sharing personal information (name, address, phone number) of other users without their consent (doxxing).
• Recording or screenshotting other users without their explicit consent.
• Impersonating another person, company, or public figure.
• Distributing spam, viruses, malware, or phishing content.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to abuse the matchmaking system.
• Attempting to hack, overload, or disrupt VoidCall's servers or infrastructure.
• Using VoidCall for any commercial solicitation, advertising, or scamming.
• Engaging in or facilitating any illegal activity, including but not limited to child exploitation, drug dealing, or fraud.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

VoidCall uses a combination of automated systems and user reports to detect and respond to violations. Consequences for violations include:

• Warning — for minor first-time violations.
• Temporary ban — for repeated or moderate violations.
• Permanent IP ban — for severe violations including nudity, harassment, or illegal content.

We reserve the right to ban any user at our sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Bans are enforced by IP address and stored permanently in our database.

Ban appeals may be submitted to neeharyadav2004@gmail.com. We are not obligated to reverse any ban decision.

7. Content Disclaimer

VoidCall is a platform that connects users randomly. We do not pre-screen, monitor, or control the content of video calls, audio conversations, or text messages between users in real time.

You acknowledge that:

• You may encounter content from other users that is offensive, inappropriate, or distressing.
• VoidCall is not responsible for the conduct of any user on the platform.
• You use the Service at your own risk.

Please use the Report button during any call to flag inappropriate behavior. Reports are reviewed and acted upon by our team.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of VoidCall is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• VoidCall does not record or store video/audio from calls.
• VoidCall does not store chat messages after the call ends.
• IP addresses are logged for moderation and ban enforcement.
• Authentication data is managed securely by Firebase (Google).

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, source code, logos, and trademarks associated with VoidCall — including the name "VoidCall", the atom orbital logo, and the "neon edition" branding — are the exclusive intellectual property of Neehar Yadav.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of VoidCall's branding or code.
• Reverse engineer the VoidCall application.
• Use the VoidCall name or logo in any way without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

VoidCall integrates with the following third-party services. By using VoidCall, you also agree to their respective terms:

• Firebase / Google: Authentication — firebase.google.com/terms
• MongoDB Atlas: Database — mongodb.com/legal
• Vercel: Web hosting — vercel.com/legal/terms
• Railway: Backend hosting — railway.app/legal/terms
• Google Play Store: Android app distribution — play.google.com/about/developer-content-policy

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

11. Advertisements

VoidCall may display advertisements powered by Google AdSense or other advertising networks. By using VoidCall, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Advertising partners may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can manage your ad preferences through your Google account settings.

12. Disclaimers & No Warranty

VoidCall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Guaranteed match availability at all times.
• Video or audio quality on any specific network or device.
• The accuracy or reliability of any content shared by users.

We do not warrant that VoidCall will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neehar Yadav and VoidCall shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from your interactions with other users on the platform.
• Damages resulting from service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neehar Yadav, VoidCall, and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of VoidCall.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Any content you share during your use of the Service.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to VoidCall at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violations of these Terms, harmful behavior toward other users, or illegal activity.

You may stop using VoidCall at any time. If you wish to delete your account data, contact us at neeharyadav2004@gmail.com.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of VoidCall after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of VoidCall shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India.

These Terms are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments, and any other applicable Indian laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
